Traveling within Michigan 

One of the questions we are most frequently asked is, "where can I find information for Gluten Free dining and shopping when traveling?"

We invite you to visit the Celiac Sprue Association's website:  www.csaceliacs.org with all of the Michigan Chapters listed.  You will find Contact Information, Websites and often Local Listings for dining and shopping.

With a little planning and forethought you can have a most enjoyable journey!  It always helps to pack some Gluten Free snacks for the road or when visiting a restaurant you are unfamiliar with too.

You will also find CSA National Chapter listings if you are planning on traveling outside of the state.
